By using this site, submitting a form, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This site describes the real estate services Mike Heslop and Jupidoor LLC offer in Utah and Idaho, and it lets you start a listing online. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here is a promise about what your home will sell for or what you will pay at closing. Prices, packages and market figures can change, and the numbers in calculators and examples are estimates, not quotes.

Reading this site or sending us a message does not make us your agent. A brokerage relationship begins only when you and Jupidoor LLC sign a written listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. Until then, treat anything we say as general information.

When you submit a form here, you confirm the details you give are yours and accurate, and you agree we may contact you by call, text or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

Some parts of this site need an account. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at team@jupidoor.com if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

You keep ownership of the photos, documents and listing details you upload. By uploading them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to use them for the purpose you uploaded them for: publishing and marketing your listing on the MLS and the sites your package includes, and handling your transaction. Please do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Listing packages bought on this site are paid through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars. Our seller service fees in Utah are paid at closing, with no upfront cost. Flat-fee MLS listing packages are paid when you buy them.

• •A package covers the work described on the page where you bought it, and nothing more.
• •Fees paid to third parties, such as the MLS, photographers or the title company, are separate from our fee unless the package says otherwise.
• •If we cannot deliver a package you have paid for, contact us and we will sort out a refund or a fix.

Jupidoor LLC supports the Fair Housing Act and Equal Opportunity Act. We do not accept listing instructions or buyer instructions that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin, and we will not publish listing copy that does.

• •Do not scrape, copy or republish the content, listings or photos on this site without our permission.
• •Do not try to break into any part of the site or another person's account.
• •Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
• •Do not use our forms to send unsolicited marketing.

We link to the MLS, listing portals, payment providers and occasionally to articles and publications. Those sites have their own terms and we do not control what they publish or how they handle your information.

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, Jupidoor LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that follow from using the site or relying on an estimate shown on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including obligations under Utah and Idaho real estate licensing rules.

We may update these terms as the services change. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, where Jupidoor LLC is based.
