Jupidoor LLC is a real estate brokerage serving Utah and Idaho. Mike Heslop is the Principal Broker and Owner. We are a service-area business, so we work with clients across our service area rather than from a walk-in office. You can reach us at team@jupidoor.com or 801-864-3449, 8 AM – 6 PM.

We only collect what we need to answer you and to do the work you ask us to do.

• •Contact details you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, the property address you ask about, and anything you write in the message field.
• •Account details if you create an account on the listing platform: your name, email address, phone number and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• •Listing information you enter or upload: property details, photos and documents such as disclosures and title paperwork.
• •Payment information when you buy a listing package. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
• •Basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, the pages you visit and the site that referred you.

• •To reply to your enquiry and to give you the real estate service you asked for.
• •To publish and manage your listing on the MLS and the syndication sites your package includes.
• •To take payment for a listing package and to keep a record of that payment.
• •To meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed real estate brokerage.
• •To keep the site working, to fix problems, and to understand which pages people find useful.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who wants to market to you.

When you submit a form here you are telling us we may contact you by call, text or email about that request. Message and data rates may apply. We text from 801-864-3449. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop emailing you by replying to any message or writing to team@jupidoor.com. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only with the services that make the work happen, and only as much as each one needs:

• •The MLS and the listing sites your package includes, which receive your property information and photos so the listing can be published.
• •Stripe, which processes payments and holds the card details we never see.
• •Our email provider, which delivers the notifications and replies we send.
• •Our website host and analytics provider, which handle the technical operation of the site.
• •Title companies, lenders, inspectors and the other side's agent during a transaction, where sharing is part of getting to closing.
• •Anyone we are required to share with by law, by a court, or by the licensing rules that apply to a real estate brokerage.

This site uses cookies to keep you signed in to the listing platform and to remember basic preferences. We also use analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the public pages will still work, but you will not be able to stay signed in to an account.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Transaction records, including listing paperwork and payment records, are kept for as long as Utah and Idaho real estate rules require. Photos and documents you upload stay with your listing until you delete them or ask us to remove them.

• •Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• •Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• •Ask us to delete your account and the information we are not required to keep.
• •Ask us to stop contacting you.

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
