I founded JupiDoor and serve as its Principal Broker. I've been a full-time, licensed REALTOR® since January 2015 and have closed 500+ transactions ($300 million in sales volume). I built the flat-fee model because I believe homeowners should keep more of their hard-earned equity—not pay tens of thousands in unnecessary commissions.

What You'll Save

Why pay a 3% listing commission? On a $500,000–$600,000 home, a 3% listing commission can cost $15,000–$18,000. As a flat fee REALTOR® in Utah and Idaho, I help sellers keep more of their hard-earned equity while still getting full-service representation.

Buying or selling a home in Utah or Idaho is a big decision. I provide honest, personalized real estate advice without the sales pressure—focused on your goals, your interests, and your success.

Full Service Support

A flat-fee REALTOR® doesn’t mean less service. In Utah, and with the Idaho Full Service package, I provide full-service representation, including professional marketing, communication, negotiation, and guidance, while helping buyers and sellers save thousands.

Earned Trust

Trust is earned through results, transparency, and accountability. In Utah, I don’t charge my flat fee until your home sells, so my success is tied to yours. In Idaho, the flat MLS listing fee is paid up front and published on the site. Either way, there are no hidden costs.
